Located in the heart of the Bristol Bay drainage the Nushagak has the largest and most prolific King Salmon run in Alaska.	Seems like Old Home Week. Hank has been returning to the Nushagak yearly since way back in the 1980’s.	Bob built one of the first cabins on the Kenai just after World War 2. He and son Robert return yearly.

Mark picked up the bite on day one and ran neck & neck with his Dad all week.	Hayden and Dave are becoming regulars. In England one has to work a bit harder. A day on the Nushagak can equal a season in Scotland.

We take lots of 3 generation photos at camp but with George’s dozen years at Nushagak Salmon Camp he can fill a shelf of photo albums.	Gilbert Browne from Gilbert Browne from Scotland and Dave Plowman. Gilbert caught over 260 salmon during his stay at Nushagak Salmon Camp. Returning with friends in 2006.	Big Armand nicknamed the famous “Big Fish” continues to smoke his Buddies. The bets are getting up there that he cannot repeat 3 years in a row.

Carol enjoys the Nushagak as much as any avid fisherperson you will ever meet. After dinner she would fish for hours on end on shore below camp.	Happy hour usually gathers around the campfire but on a rainy evening the lounge sure comes in handy.	L E cooks the best food you’ll ever have the pleasure of dining on. She loves the Nush. Here we caught her in a transfixed gaze taking in its beauty. (Or maybe looking at bears)
